Common Topics

  • Family Sync: Ensure all members are logged into the same family group to see real-time updates. If data isn't syncing, check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh.
  • Data Privacy: All your baby tracking data is encrypted and only accessible to invited family members.
  • Growth Charts: Our charts follow WHO standards. Data points are plotted automatically based on the logs you provide.
  • Account & Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do this, open the PiPiPu app, go to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your family records from our servers.
